Chick-fil-A's Spinoff Restaurant Is Launching Pizzas This Week

A Chick-fil-When you want fresh pizza, you generally wouldn't go to a restaurant. However, a spinoff restaurant from the mega-popular chicken company has included many twists on the basic meal.

Little Blue Menu, a digital-only Chick-fil-A spinoff, launched in College Park, Md. in September 2023. The late Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy's first restaurant, the Dwarf Grill, was subsequently renamed The Dwarf House and utilized blue menus.

Little Blue Menu, created to test new Chick-fil-A menu items, provides classics like the Chicken Sandwich and waffle fries as well as some unique dishes. Burgers, sweet potato tots, onion rings, Brussels sprouts, cinnamon buns, and chicken wings.

On March 18, Little Blue Menu will introduce pizza as its next thrilling invention. The restaurant will introduce five new pies and a calzone-inspired dish:

Chick-fil-A Pizza Pie: pizza crust topped with mozzarella cheese, chopped Chick-fil-A Nuggets, a drizzle of Chick-fil-A Sauce, and pickles.

Buff-lo-Ranch Pizza Pie: pizza crust topped with mozzarella cheese, sliced Chick-fil-A Nuggets, buffalo sauce, drizzles of house-made ranch dressing, and a dusting of lemon pepper seasoning.

Cheese Pizza Pie: pizza crust topped with signature tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Pepperoni Pizza Pie: pizza crust topped with signature tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and savory pepperoni.

Chick-fil-A is testing a Little Blue Menu food truck in Athens, Ga., but the College Park location is the only freestanding one. New pizzas are not available from the food truck.

Another Chick-fil-A announcement is that its first mobile pickup restaurant will operate in New York City on March 21. To accommodate on-the-go clients, the business won't have seats or dine-in. The Chick-fil-A app and website will allow pre-ordering.
